A fringe theory on alien life forms suggests extra terrestrials living on exoplanets could be hitching rides on meteors to colonise planets.
Now researchers have released a roadmap on how to spot them. Panspermia is a fringe theory that suggests alien life can spread from planet to planet by riding on meteors.
It’s believed that the some 5,000 exoplanets — that’s planets outside our solar system — are the most likely places lifeforms other than ours to exist, and that if they do, they might hitch rides to other planets.
Problem is though, in order to spot visiting life forms, we need to know what we’re looking for.
