The new Pentagon report “Preliminary Assessment: Unidentified Aerial Phenomena,” confirmed that in at least 18 cases physical objects were observed by the U.S. military exhibiting flight behaviors beyond any known technology. Dr. Jack Sarfatti is a theoretical physicist and a world-renowned expert in quantum physics. He co-authored “Space-Time and Beyond.” He says the movement of these objects is easily understood by applying Einstein’s general theory of relativity and warping space-time. But, he says, no country presently has the ability to make such a craft. So, where/when are they from? Sarfatti provides answers.
