“Yeti” footprints have been pictured in the snow of the Himalayas by a mountaineering expedition team in the Indian Army.
The team released pictures on Twitter of giant footprints in the snow. They claimed the 32x15 inches markings were from a Yeti. The shocking photographs show clearly visible footprints but of only one foot.
The army wrote on Twitter: “For the first time, an Indian Army Mountaineering Expedition Team has sighted Mysterious Footprints of mythical beast 'Yeti' measuring 32x15 inches close to Makalu Base Camp on 09 April 2019.
“This elusive snowman has only been sighted at Makalu-Barun National Park in the past.”
The pictures show a mysterious trail of footprints trailing into the distance.
