A pair of UFOs was spotted above an oil rig off Mexico's coast, where locals claim a secret underwater alien base resides. A crew member near Tampico captured two images, one showing a saucer-shaped craft circling the base, the other a triangular design with three lights.
The witness reported the UFOs hovering for approximately 10 minutes before disappearing suddenly, according to sources. Residents of Tampico believe the alien base has protected them from hurricanes for over 50 years.
